Three layers, each with a defined role.
All registered members of the society. Meets annually to review the year and elect office-bearers.
President, Vice-President, Secretary, Director, and four members. Meets quarterly. Approves budgets, programmes, and major decisions.
The Secretary leads daily operations with the support of programme heads, lead teachers, and the chief therapist. Decisions affecting children are taken jointly with the family.
Beyond the Executive Committee, we draw on specialist advisors — ENT, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, audiology, and speech therapy — who consult on programme design and difficult cases. Their guidance is offered in the same honorary spirit that built this institute.
