Day-to-Day Operations

The Secretary leads daily operations with the support of programme heads, lead teachers, and the chief therapist. Decisions affecting children are taken jointly with the family.

Specialist Advisors

Beyond the Executive Committee, we draw on specialist advisors — ENT, ophthalmology, orthopaedics, audiology, and speech therapy — who consult on programme design and difficult cases. Their guidance is offered in the same honorary spirit that built this institute.
